• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in their mental health journeys.
• Proactively work with participants to prevent reliance on crisis services, employing early intervention strategies.
• Develop and maintain crisis alert systems that coordinate effectively with county crisis services, ensuring timely support for participants in need.
• Facilitate seamless transitions for clients requiring hospital or inpatient services, coordinating with hospital staff to ensure comprehensive care during discharges.
• Document interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and continuously improve service delivery practices.
• Evaluate and revise treatment plans based on participant feedback and changing needs.

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe emotional distress. You will work closely with individuals navigating life's challenges and those requiring crisis intervention, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and familiarity with clinical documentation systems.
• Strong clinical skills coupled with the ability to foster and maintain rapport and trust with clients in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while ensuring quality care.

• Experience working within a community health setting or telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and care coordination strategies.
• Proven ability to motivate clients, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to their recovery and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, which is commensurate with your experience and caseload.
