We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Imperia Counseling. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. As part of a Detox Center, you will engage with clients who require immediate support for substance use challenges. The collaborative approach at Imperia Counseling ensures that you will work alongside healthcare professionals, including medical staff and fellow social workers, contributing to a holistic treatment model aimed at early intervention and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Imperia Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan reflects the client's goals and family dynamics.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to support optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients and their families to provide support and enhance their understanding of the treatment process.
• Utilize a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to effectively engage clients in their recovery journey.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with ethical practices and safety standards in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients in a Detox Center setting. This includes individuals and families experiencing substance use disorders, as well as those facing emotional and behavioral challenges stemming from addiction. Your expertise will be vital in providing compassionate care tailored to the specific needs of this population, helping them navigate the recovery process and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Imperia Counseling, candidates should possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health in Illinois.
• A valid driver's license for site visits and community outreach as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering productive interactions with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in early intervention or direct service roles related to addiction recovery. Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices is a plus, as is bilingual proficiency, which can enhance our outreach efforts.

Compensation and Benefits
