Position Overview

Empower Well Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position, specifically focused on providing early intervention services for children. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Engage in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Monitor and report on developmental outcomes, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to optimize care delivery.
  • Provide essential support and resources to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their childโ€™s learning and development.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding service provision and documentation.
  • Foster rapport with families and children to create a trusting and supportive environment conducive to learning.
  • Utilize coaching methodologies and natural environment teaching approaches to facilitate discovery and learning.
  • Implement IFSP recommendations, adjusting service frequency based on each childโ€™s developmental progress and family concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect the well-being of clients and staff.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing services to infants and toddlers with various developmental delays or disabilities. Our children's services are designed to assist the youngest members of our community in developing crucial physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their formative years. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW through the Department of Public Health.

  • Commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices to support child development.
