Emotional Restoration Counseling Services is searching for a motivated and compassionate Early Career Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Optional: Facilitate group, couples, or family therapy sessions, enhancing family dynamics or social interactions as needed.
  • Maintain precise medical documentation that complies with all regulatory requirements to ensure quality care and accountability.
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings, contributing to case discussions and collaborative treatment planning with fellow clinicians.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, especially those struggling with attention issues, impulsive behaviors, and conditions related to anxiety, trauma, and depression. You will provide empathetic support and tailored interventions to empower clients and facilitate their personal growth. You will also enjoy building long-term therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, with an active Oregon LPC license for a minimum of two years.
  • Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a therapeutic setting.
  • Knowledge of health psychology, particularly with regard to how physical health can impact mental health outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and the provision of remote therapy services.
  • Background in conducting psychological assessments and using standardized evaluation tools.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with diverse populations.
