Empower Well Therapy is seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our rapidly expanding team. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Empower Well Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions as well as couples therapy to address relationship and family dynamics.
• Specializing in various therapeutic areas including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and familial conflicts.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client and family unit.
• Documenting treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient health.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will address complex issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse problems.
• Effects of psychological and physical abuse.
• Grief and loss during significant life transitions.
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members, including siblings and parent-child relationships.
• Communication barriers within blended families and situations of separation or divorce.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings and specific knowledge of trauma-informed care will be preferred. Flexibility in availability to accommodate clients' needs is essential, as you will be expected to manage a caseload of 30+ hours per week.

Empower Well Therapy offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions. Additionally, we provide:
