• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Engage with clients in various formats, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions conducted via telehealth platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring each client’s history and treatment are documented accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and overall wellness.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training to stay abreast of industry trends and enhance therapeutic skills.

You will primarily serve individuals and families who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Our client population often includes those with limited access to traditional care settings. By providing therapy remotely, we aim to eliminate barriers to mental health services and effectively address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience within clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines pertinent to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth technology solutions.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or treatment for substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Experience in providing telehealth services or remote therapy sessions is a notable advantage.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We believe in recognizing the hard work of our employees through competitive salaries and additional benefits, including:
