As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and overall mental health status.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that encompass both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure continuity of care and to adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Providing education and support to clients' families, enabling them to be actively involved in the recovery process.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records while complying with all regulatory requirements.

We serve a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of individuals in varying stages of addiction recovery, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid license in one of the following: LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or demonstrated experience in addiction counseling.
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a focus on motivating clients toward recovery.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
