I could really use your help with a position at Capital One. The good news is they're now open to remote work, but there are a few important details:
  • Candidates must meet all client requirementsto qualify for remote.
  • They also need to live near a Capital One hub (Chicago, Boston, NYC, Virginia, Texas, etc.).
  • Every consultant submitted must have previous leadership experience-no exceptions.
  • Must have Financial experience and/or Capital One Former. Being a former is not required but they must have experience in the financial/Fintech sector
  • They will notconsider anyone currently working as on-prem/Big Data Developers or Hadoop Developers.
  • Candidates must currently be working in the AWS spacewith experience in Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, and PySpark.

Discover's historical credit card data will be in the Capital One ecosystem in OneStream's OneLake location and these Engineering teams will be responsible for picking the data up, transforming and loading into target state, which could be Snowflake or AWS S3

Tech Leads are accountable for team's work being delivered on time, will lead sprint ceremonies for team, accountable for problem solving with senior managers, must be able to pivot and adapt quickly based on requirements, incredibly high caliber talent needed in tech leads
