• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through telehealth platforms, leveraging evidence-based practices to understand clients’ mental health needs thoroughly.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that cater to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in regular case consultations to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
• Participate in peer review sessions and training workshops aimed at enhancing therapeutic techniques and improving overall service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources, fostering informed decision-making in their care.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions to personalize care effectively for each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate productive therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess client needs and develop impactful strategies.
