Job description

REPOSSESSION CASE MANAGER
Matrix, a division of Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse, LLC is looking to hire a remote full-time Repossession Case Manager. The team member will handle a variety of duties, such as skip tracing amp; forwarding, researching recovery data bases, and communicating with clients and repossession agents, to name a few. Job Duties Include:
  • Researching property ownership using different programs.
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls from agents and clients.
  • Loading collateral information into ICP for Dispatch and Client Services to coordinate transportation to company warehouses.
  • Managing accounts by reviewing and updating notes.
  • Creating a condition report of the repossession.
  • Checking on units in storage.
  • Sending account information to the Client Service’s team for transport.
  • Handling new account by updating statuses, getting quotes, and assigning preferred agents.
  • Utilizing RDN (Recovery Database Network) and other recovery software, Skip Tracing, and performing 3rd party collections.
  • Invoicing clients for fees owed and paying repossession agents.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
  • Previous skip tracing/forwarding experience in a repossession environment.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to copy/paste in a word doc, emailing, and extensive phone skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via oral or written means.
  • Able to organize, multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
  • Dependable, professional, team player with a customer service mentality.
  • You must reside in the contiguous United States in one of the states mentioned above.
  • High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

Preferred
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
Hours of Operation
  • Full-time, Remote
  • Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
