Reporting to the Vice President, Canadian Foodservice Sales, the Director, Foodservice Sales (Quebec) will be responsible for leading Cavendish Farms' Foodservice business across Quebec. This role will drive profitable growth through strategic leadership of the sales team, strong distributor and key account partnerships, and execution of regional sales strategies.

The successful candidate will balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on customer and team engagement, ensuring alignment across internal functions while identifying and developing new growth opportunities within the market.

This is a remote (home-based) position, with a requirement to reside within the Montreal region to best support sales operations.

      • Post-secondary education in Business, culinary, hospitality or a related field  
      • 5+ years of leadership experience in Foodservice sales
      • Fluently bilingual in French and English
      • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a performance-driven environment
      • Strong experience in key account development and customer relationship management 
      • Solid understanding of foodservice distribution and sales strategy
      • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage pricing structures
      • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skill

      • Lead and manage the Quebec Foodservice sales team, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and achievement of revenue, volume, and margin targets 
      • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong employee engagement
      • Manage customer pricing, contracts, rebates, and distributor programs to support profitable growth 
      • Lead customer negotiations, including pricing reviews and long-term partnership agreements 
      • Identify and develop new business opportunities across regional, and street accounts, including prospecting and contract renegotiation 
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, national accounts, and regional customers
      • Conduct regular customer and field visits, leading business reviews and strengthening multi-level relationships 
      • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve issues and drive business improvements 
      • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, ensuring accuracy across sales metrics and KPIs
