• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients’ needs, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the security and accuracy of patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and counselors to develop and implement holistic treatment strategies.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, leveraging collective expertise to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, helping them navigate mental health conditions and connect with community support options.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health to continually refine therapeutic approaches and improve patient support.

Our clients range from individuals experiencing mild to severe mental health challenges, including youth, adults, and family units. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.
• Proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and customizing approaches based on individual client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, necessary for assessing client situations and devising appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, valuing diverse perspectives and contributing to a culture of support and growth.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desired, showcasing a history of working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, facilitating efficient documentation and patient management.
• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and handling sensitive situations compassionately and effectively.
