Position: Director of Enterprise Sales, Brands & Agencies

Location: Remote (USA)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Salary - $160,000 - $180,000 / $330,000 - $360,000 OTE

Our client is a leading advertising measurement and intelligence platform trusted by the world's largest brands, agencies, and media companies. Their AI-driven solutions help clients understand advertising performance across all platforms — connecting consumer sentiment and journeys with the brands and media they engage with most.

They are scaling their sales organization and seeking a Director of Sales, Brand Direct & Agency Partnerships — a high-impact individual contributor who will own the full sales cycle and drive enterprise-level partnerships with top brands and agencies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory account plans that maximize revenue and align with company growth objectives
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, qualification, and lead nurturing
  • Own the end-to-end sales process — from initial outreach through negotiation and close
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at agency partner companies
  • Apply the MEDDICC sales framework to communicate value, align with customer needs, and drive complex sales cycles to close
  • Leverage deep ad tech domain knowledge to tailor solutions addressing the unique challenges of enterprise clients
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to sharpen competitive positioning
  • Bring a fearless hunter mentality to every opportunity — always seeking new avenues for growth

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of complex B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS and/or Advertising Technology
  • Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement and closing high-value, complex deals
  • Deep expertise in the MEDDICC sales framework and value-based selling methodology
  • Strong domain knowledge of the ad tech landscape with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Experience supporting an agency partner-driven sales model
  • Startup or growth-stage company experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $180,000
  • OTE: $360,000 (50/50 split)
