Job Description:

TGR Solutions is looking for a driven, high-performing sales professional who is ready to own a territory and build something meaningful. The Director of Enterprise Sales, West will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy by developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of sales initiatives within the assigned region. This is a direct sales role with an opportunity for leadership responsibilities in the future. 


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned region. 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business results. 

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. 

Develop and deliver informative sales presentations, virtual product demos, and persuasive proposals.

Efficiently manage sales activities through the utilization of CRM tools. 

Execute targeted sales campaigns to drive business growth. 

Provide weekly sales updates, regular and accurate sales forecasts, and sales reports to senior management.

Leverage leads generated through marketing and inside sales efforts to drive successful sales transactions.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients. 

Attend National and Local Conferences as applicable to network, introduce company and build brand awareness. 


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in capital equipment or medical technology sales.

An understanding of the healthcare environment, specifically hospital operations, infection control, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, is desired.

Experience in Infection Prevention environment and applicable technology, is desired.

Aptitude for learning AI, Robotics, and UV Light technology applications.

Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion ("hunter" mentality). 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

Ability to travel within the assigned region as necessary (up to 70% travel).
