The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in generative AI techniques, a strong proficiency in Python, and a proven track record of building on top of base models and fine-tuning them with a focus on security. As a Generative AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing guardrails for custom large language models (LLMs) to ensure their safe and secure deployment.Build on top of existing base generative models or fine-tune base model using various techniquesDevelop and implement guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, and other security vulnerabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply them to real-world problems.Evaluate and improve the performance of generative models through rigorous testing and experimentation.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.**Qualifications:**Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
