Job description

Position Overview

Are you looking to leverage your professional credentials in a high-impact, flexible corporate role? HealthWealth Pharmacy is a premier 503A compounding operation expanding its national footprint. We are seeking multi-state licensed, compliance-driven Remote Pharmacists to serve as key strategic partners in our growth.
In this role, you will utilize your active state credentials to help HealthWealth secure out-of-state facility licenses, while performing remote verification and clinical oversight for our centralized compounding operations. This is a 100% remote position with zero face-to-face retail chaos or physical pharmacy foot traffic.

The Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Primary Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Local Time / Flexible).
  • Reciprocal Flexibility: Our leadership team strongly believes in autonomy and work-life balance. Because your role centers on remote validation and licensure support rather than a physical production line, you enjoy excellent schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Compounding Pharmacist, you will bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and clinical excellence:
  • Facility Licensure Support: Serve as the designated licensed pharmacist of record to facilitate, submit, and maintain out-of-state facility licensure applications in your licensed jurisdictions.
  • Remote Digital Verification: Perform accurate remote data entry verification, clinical reviews, and final sign-offs on compounded preparations.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Partner with our Houston-based compliance team to ensure all remote operations align strictly with federal guidelines, state boards of pharmacy, and 503A compounding standards.
  • SOP & Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relative to telehealth and out-of-state distribution channels.
Requirements (What You Need to Bring)

โš ๏ธ CRITICAL LICENSURE NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must hold an active, unblemished pharmacist license in at least one of the following states: AL, AR, KS, KY, MI, MS, OR, MA, NE, OK, IL, CA, or WV. Candidates holding only a Texas (TX) license cannot be considered at this time.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience (Leadership, Multi-State Licensure, Telehealth, or Compounding environments preferred).
  • Credentialing Alignment: Willingness to secondary-link your license for corporate state facility permitting.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with digital pharmacy systems, remote verification software, and a strong understanding of state-by-state pharmacy regulations.
  • Communication: Exceptional digital communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a decentralized corporate team.
