Overview

We are looking for an Integrated Creative Director to lead a digital production team. Our Creative team combines their business, content, and technology know-how to create a new type of communication framework - one that focuses on helping companies leverage technology to create new engagement opportunities and brand strategies for growth.

Our Creatives are makers and storytellers that use creativity to bring ideas to life. They extend visual & contextual languages, always mindful of how it looks and how it works.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects focused on two principal objectives: Daily projects (Quality & Efficiency) and Delighted projects (Creativity & Awards). Maximize creativity for content effectiveness Present concept, creativities and new proposals to clients of all levels. Work across multiple groups in a rapidly changing environment. Understand and leverage content production briefs Understand data performance to drive content optimisation

Qualifications

Creative Direction in advertising. An in-depth understanding of Social Content, Image direction, Conceptualization, Audiovisual and specially a solid understanding on digital content production. Ample experience developing digital campaigns and working across multi-nature projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual design or another design-intensive field. Solid communication skills in English.

Creative but consumer centered: passionate about ideating creativities and developing content that addresses specific consumer insights, opportunities or barriers Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships: this model cannot work without healthy working partnerships with brand and media teams Problem solving mentality: working together to get to the root cause of any performance struggles, curiosity to understand what is happening and creative expertise to identify new opportunities and maximize results. Test and learn mindset: willingness to explore and try new things with the aim of driving performance.
