This position is structured as a full-time remote role, allowing for flexibility while still enabling meaningful connections with clients and community resources. Regular business hours are established, though occasional evenings and weekends may be required for community outreach and special programming.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs to formulate targeted service plans.
• Deliver one-on-one and group counseling sessions through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop service plans that align with their personal goals, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Advocate fiercely for clients' rights, connecting them with essential resources while addressing broader social justice issues that affect their well-being.
• Play an active role in program development by contributing to evaluations and grant reporting, ensuring our initiatives are impactful and sustainable.
• Engage with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance services and promote collective efforts towards social change.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts to foster a collaborative environment.

The clients you will serve include individuals and families from various backgrounds who may be experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, economic hardship, or social isolation. Your role as an LCSW will be crucial in helping these clients navigate their difficulties, empowering them to access necessary support and resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organizational skills and a strong work ethic to handle multiple cases and priorities effectively.

• At least one year of experience in a nonprofit or community-based setting is preferred, providing valuable context for understanding the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Familiarity with principles of social justice, advocacy, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
