  • Responsible for executing field action remediation including deploying software and firmware remotely, configuring devices in RSS, and performing other remote remediation activities.
  • Requires experience working with customers.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation on service tickets.
  • Completes service documentation as required.
  • Interfaces and works closely with advanced support specialists as required.
  • Three to five years of service experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems is preferred.

  • Maintains a strong focus on delivering high quality work and holds self to high standards.
  • Demonstrates adaptability in diverse environments, manages multiple tasks, prioritizes work, and works independently.

  • Follows procedures and processes in an FDA regulated environment.
  • Assists in developing processes and procedures and may draft knowledge articles and job aids.

Qualifications:

  • Computer Science, Technology, Healthcare background, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with application and software packaging, deployment, and desktop support services.
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, domain security, Bomgar, and related tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, SQL, AD, Windows, Unix/Linux, remote access, and SQL scripting.
  • Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma.
