Position Overview: National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Deployment Specialist to support its mission of providing excellent, accessible care to improve the lives of animals and the people who love them. This role involves a strong ability to manage and track project timelines. Individual must be skilled at holding hospital teams and internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables. The Deployment Specialist will be competent and effective in coordinating multiple departments and managing onboarding progress. This is a remote role with heavy travel, targeted at 75%.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive training sessions for hospital leadership teams, focusing on change management and workflows, sharing best practices.
  • Working across function with Marketing, IT, Apps/Products and product team to update progress and address/solve roadblocks.
  • Regular communication cadence with Operations team to update them on status, challenges and next steps.
  • Proficient in identifying, escalating, and resolving deployment-related issues in collaboration with PIMS team, development partners, and hospital team.
  • Partnering with configuration specialist to ensure proper system setup and smooth launch.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Xcel, Smartsheets, PowerBI)

Compensation:
The total compensation range for the position is between $100,000-$125,000 with opportunity for benefits.
*Role is a temporary assignment for between 18 months and 2 years.
