Job Overview:

Take Control of Your Career with Flexible, Remote Dental Billing

Are you looking for a flexible, stable, and rewarding remote career with strong earning potential?

eAssist Dental Solutions, the nation’s leading dental billing company, is hiring motivated professionals to help dental practices maximize revenue and eliminate insurance claim headaches—all while working from home.

  • All positions start part-time with the ability to grow into a full-time opportunity within six months (potentially sooner). Some daytime availability is required for all positions.
  • Flexible workload – Scale your assignments to meet your availability, ensuring work-life balance.
  • Full-time or part-time earnings – Earn extra income with part-time opportunities or grow your earnings to $40,000 - $80,000+ annually in a full-time role.

100% remote with schedule flexibility – Work from home with more control over your schedule than most jobs, while maintaining a steady workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Billing Specialist, you will own the claims process for assigned offices. Your work directly impacts these offices’ financial success by increasing collections and reducing claim denials.

  • Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
  • Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation.
  • Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices.
  • Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns.
  • Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.

Qualifications:

We’re searching for driven professionals who thrive in an independent, remote work environment.

  • Experience – At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental etc.) and Google Suite.
  • Problem Solver – A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Detail-Oriented – Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills.
  • Self-Disciplined – Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises.
  • Personable - must work well with others in a team environment.
  • Time Management – Flexibility is great, but staying organized and meeting deadlines is key.
  • Education - High school or equivalent (Required)

Compensation:

Commission-based with the potential of $40,000 - $80,000+ annually for full-time success consultants, depending on the number and type of offices assigned.  Flexible earning structure based on workload and office assignments.

Benefits:

All Employees

  • 401(k) with 1% company match
  • Employee Discounts through Plum Benefits

Part-time Employees (15-29 hours per week)

  • Supplemental benefits for employees working 15 hours or more per week
  • Company paid basic life insurance for employees working 17.5 hours or more per week

Full-time Employees (30 hours or more per week)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Voluntary Critical Illness, Hospitalization, and Accident Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • One complimentary year of membership with AADOM (American Association of Dental Office Management)

100% Remote with little to no travel.
