This position is fully remote and provides the flexibility to serve clients through telehealth. Our team utilizes the latest teletherapy platforms to deliver effective counseling, allowing you to maintain a personal touch even in a virtual setting. While working predominantly Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional evening and weekend appointments to meet client needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific emotional and behavioral needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities during individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, making necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback.
• Utilize recognized treatment methodologies and tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment teams, sharing insights and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the highest level of client privacy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision, training workshops, and participation in case conferences.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Compassion Core Services, you will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in aiding clients struggling with mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use problems. You will be instrumental in fostering their resilience and coping mechanisms through appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A demonstrated history of effectively delivering individual and group therapy within various mental health contexts.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices and methodologies specific to mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate trust with clients.
• A profound commitment to upholding ethical standards in clinical practice, including client confidentiality.

• Experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous, allowing transition of skills smoothly into remote counseling.
• Specialization or additional training in areas such as trauma-informed care or substance use disorders will be considered an asset.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams, enhancing collaborative support for clients.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to offer a robust benefits package that includes:
