Compassionate Care Counseling is seeking dedicated and licensed mental health therapists to join our expanding network of professionals. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from your home office or any location that suits you best. Our outpatient setting ensures you will engage with clients primarily through video sessions, providing a comfortable, flexible space for therapy. We streamline administrative tasks and reduce paperwork, enabling you to focus on what truly matters: the well-being of your clients.

• Conduct compassionate and ethical mental health assessments and counseling via video chat, focusing on individual needs.
• Employ solution-focused treatment methodologies to provide tailored therapy sessions that foster client growth.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and progress evaluations.
• Assist clients in cultivating insights concerning their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to enhance self-awareness.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, helping them establish effective coping mechanisms and strategies for resilience.

You will be providing services to a client population primarily composed of stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. Your therapeutic expertise will help these individuals develop the skills required to improve their quality of life and manage their mental health effectively.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a valid, current state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) allowing for independent practice. Candidates with provisional licenses are not eligible.
• No disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong computer literacy and a reliable internet connection capable of supporting video sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a strong empathetic foundation.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, ideally with a focus on adult populations.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our competitive compensation package includes:
