Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing services to a client population primarily composed of stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. Your therapeutic expertise will help these individuals develop the skills required to improve their quality of life and manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Possession of a valid, current state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) allowing for independent practice. Candidates with provisional licenses are not eligible.
  • No disciplinary actions on record.
  • Strong computer literacy and a reliable internet connection capable of supporting video sessions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a strong empathetic foundation.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, ideally with a focus on adult populations.
  • Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our competitive compensation package includes:
