Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized mental health counseling via secure video conferencing, ensuring a warm and professional environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-oriented treatment modalities to create and implement effective therapy plans, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and devise strategies aimed at enhancing their coping mechanisms and insights.
• Regularly monitor client progress through metrics and feedback, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development and peer consultations to enhance practice quality and maintain ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults, presenting with a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) permitting independent practice. Note that we do not offer supervision for provisional licenses.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for empathetic client interactions and effective communication.
• Proficient in utilizing technology, including a computer with audio and video capabilities, to facilitate virtual sessions.
• A reliable internet connection to support online counseling activities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting is required.
• Experience using telehealth services and platforms in a counseling capacity is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Compassionate Care Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on your availability and caseload. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, making your transition to our organization financially seamless.
