The ideal candidate will have over two years of clinical experience, particularly in sedation and restorative dentistry, and will be responsible for mentoring staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and fostering a calming atmosphere for patients, especially those with anxiety or complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality dental care across a range of services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
  • Utilize sedation techniques to provide a comfortable experience for anxious patients.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' oral health and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure effective communication with patients to empower them in their care decisions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in treating medically compromised patients and collaborate with healthcare providers as needed.
