We Whiten is the fastest-growing teeth whitening studio brand in the U.S. We’re looking for a Teeth Whitening Specialist to join our Austin team — someone who brings professionalism, great energy, and attention to detail to every client visit.


This role supports the studio by ensuring clients receive exceptional results and an elevated experience. It’s ideal for someone who’s dependable, people-oriented, and enjoys hands-on service work — without a heavy sales focus.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and guide them through the whitening process step-by-step.
  • Prepare treatment stations and maintain a clean, professional environment.
  • Deliver consistent results and ensure accurate before-and-after photos.
  • Support coverage needs for the studio when team members are out or during peak hours.
  • Track appointments, client feedback, and any product or supply needs.
