Position Overview: Seeking a reliable and versatile team member skilled in both back office dental assisting and front office administration[cite: 1].
Back Office Responsibilities: Assisting with composite fillings, anterior/posterior root canal treatments, crowns, teeth whitening, Perio Protect, scaling and root planing, room prep, and sterilization protocols[cite: 1].
Front Office Responsibilities: Providing customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and handling patient check-in/check-out[cite: 1].

Salary Range

Full-time $17 - $25 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Work Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Wednesday and Sunday Closed

Requirements

BACK OFFICE EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting with:
Composite fillings
Anterior and posterior root canal treatments (RCT)
Crown procedures
Teeth whitening
Perio Protect
Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
Periodontal procedures and patient care
Sterilization and infection-control protocols
Preparing treatment rooms and assisting doctors efficiently
FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Candidate should also be comfortable helping at the front desk when needed, including:
Providing excellent customer service
Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Checking and running insurance eligibility
Understanding basic dental insurance benefits
Patient check-in and check-out
Assisting with general front-office duties
