Dental hygienist

Job Description

Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings for gum disease and oral cancer.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized preventative care.
Administer esthetic laser treatments and teeth whitening procedures.
Maintain accurate electronic patient records and clinical documentation.
Ensure all treatment areas adhere to strict aseptic techniques and sterilization protocols.
Collaborate with the dentist to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Salary Range

Full-time $52 - $61 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 9 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 2 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements
  • Basic life support
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Infection Control License
  • Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Active CPR and AED Certification.
Proficiency in patient care and clinical communication.
Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferences

Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field.
Experience or certification in esthetic laser treatment.
Background in dental assisting or specialized patient interaction.
A drive for professional development and practice growth.
