Job description

The Senior Director of Outbound Product Management will design and execute the global commercialization, market strategy, and external positioning for our comprehensive SaaS product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Strategy and Operations, this operational leader will bridge the gap between product innovation and market execution, ensuring our solutions align with market demand. You will lead, scale, and empower a globally distributed team of outbound professionals, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize market adoption and strategic organizational growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead global commercialization efforts to transform advanced SaaS product concepts into profitable market offerings

  • Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies by creating powerful narratives and value propositions for Enterprise AI and cloud solutions

  • Evaluate customer preferences and competitor strategies using data-driven insights to ground market plans

  • Influence corporate strategic planning, prioritization, and long-term product investments by anticipating industry shifts

  • Guide strategic conversations with Fortune 500 C-suite customers to maintain deep relationships with key industry stakeholders

  • Equip sales and pre-sales teams with product collateral, C-level presentations, and competitive intelligence to accelerate revenue

  • Translate field feedback and customer requirements into actionable, prioritized input for engineering and inbound product teams

  • Align product, data science, marketing, and professional services to ensure seamless cross-functional execution

  • Manage a high-performing group of outbound professionals, overseeing hiring, performance, and succession planning

  • Cultivate an inclusive, healthy, and globally aligned team culture in partnership with operational leadership

  • Design scalable operational strategies and mitigation frameworks across multiple business units

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience with a bachelor's degree in outbound product management or strategy within the B2B enterprise SaaS industry or 10+ years with advanced degree

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of product managers in a related field (e.g., B2B, enterprise, SaaS), with a strong focus on outbound product management, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Proven ability to design, launch, and scale complex commercial programs and value propositions for enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience presenting technical and business roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry analysts

  • Strong operational understanding of SaaS financial metrics (e.g., ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn) and market dynamics to drive revenue growth

  • Ability to strategically leverage AI tools to accelerate outbound initiatives and automate content workflows

  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 8+ years of direct people management experience across various experience levels

  • Deep technical knowledge in generative AI, private or public clouds, or large-scale SaaS platform architectures

  • Experience building commercial models, scaling complex programs, and managing strategic partnerships

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

  • Up to 20-25% travel required to meet with global teams, partners, and customers

  • Reliable internet connection required for remote or hybrid work environments

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $203,000.00 - $325,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
