Our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists, all working collaboratively to provide an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes healing and resilience.

Work Environment

This remote role allows you the flexibility to work from your own home while staying closely connected with a team of dedicated professionals committed to mental health wellness. Our clinic operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic for all team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), continuously adjusting your approaches based on client progress and feedback.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards, ensuring client privacy at all times.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists during regular case consultations to refine treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes.
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, the therapeutic process, and community resources available for additional support.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment modalities through regular professional development and continuing education.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater to individuals across a wide spectrum of mental health needs, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management. We prioritize a personalized approach to care that respects the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, facilitating growth and recovery based on their individual narratives.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active, unrestricted license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
  • Proven experience in applying solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the distinctive needs of each client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate supportive therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing effective navigation of complex client situations.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting, valuing the input and expertise of all team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with trauma-informed care practices and various client demographics.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation software.
  • Previous work in community health settings or clinics focusing on mental health care.
