Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide services from a location of your choice while maintaining a balance between professional and personal life. Our telehealth platform is designed to ensure seamless communication and a high-quality therapeutic experience for clients. Regular business hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, facilitating a structured work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA guidelines, to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, fostering holistic approaches to client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine your therapeutic strategies and enhance the quality of services provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing journey.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and advancements to continually improve your practice and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from adolescents to seniors, all facing diverse mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to work with a heterogeneous clientele, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs while employing innovative strategies that prioritize their well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Strong background and understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to effectively address client concerns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for establishing trust and empathy in therapeutic relationships.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex situations and guide clients toward positive outcomes.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing the contributions of colleagues and fostering a supportive team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in telehealth environments, demonstrating adaptability to virtual therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and frameworks beyond CBT and DBT, enhancing your repertoire of treatment options.
• Experience in community outreach or involvement with local organizations that support mental health initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and dedication.
