Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Group Therapy: Implement engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences and support one another, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Provide Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions that allow clients to delve into their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards their personal goals.
  • Design Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs and aspirations.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and document clientsโ€™ progress using various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, ensuring goals are being met.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Maintain consistent communication with fellow practitioners to coordinate care effectively and consult on complex cases to provide the best outcomes for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A masterโ€™s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure: Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.
  • Clinical Experience: Demonstrable experience in mental health treatment, preferable in settings that support mood disorders and complex cases.
