The Private Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative telehealth team. This full-time position allows you to work with young adults to navigate their mental health challenges in a flexible remote setting, ensuring high-quality care while balancing your professional and personal life. With no evening or weekend shifts required, this opportunity offers a salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.

Work Environment

You will join a dynamic team that operates primarily in a remote telehealth setting, utilizing secure online platforms and communication tools to reach clients effectively. In this environment, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still receiving the support and collaboration of a dedicated multidisciplinary team. The Private Counseling Group integrates technology with therapeutic practices to make accessing mental health care easier and more effective for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Delivery: Facilitate engaging online group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to share personal experiences and learn from one another in a safe, supportive environment.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic and client-focused individual therapy, addressing the unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of each client while helping them develop actionable coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are responsive to their evolving needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Employ assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care through regular communication and coordinated strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults, many of whom may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Licensing: Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.
• Clinical Experience: Proven experience in a mental health setting, working with clients who have various mental health disorders, preferably in both residential and outpatient formats.
• Collaborative Skills: A significant emphasis on teamwork and a passion for our mission of fostering positive change will be integral to your success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• Preferred Therapeutic Approaches: Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is highly advantageous.
