Holistic Health Counseling, PLLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative outpatient mental health clinic. You will collaborate with a team of experienced mental health professionals, exchanging insights and strategies to develop comprehensive care plans. While you will primarily work from home, you will also engage with clients through telehealth appointments and occasional community outreach initiatives.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and needs, using structured tools and clinical judgment.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing validated therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, establishing measurable goals and interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate coordinated and holistic client care.
• Take charge of crisis intervention as required, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients in crises.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops focused on skill-building and self-empowerment.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing different mental health challenges. Your expertise will empower clients to work through issues related to trauma, anxiety disorders, and other emotional difficulties, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, which equips you to handle varied client needs with confidence.
• Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong assessment capabilities to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy and psychoeducation sessions is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.
