• Conduct thorough assessments to assess clients' mental health conditions, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create targeted treatment plans designed to address their unique needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide crisis intervention support and de-escalation strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain clear, accurate, and confidential client records that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to create a comprehensive care plan that promotes holistic health for each client.
• Engage clients and their families in meaningful discussions about mental health education, available treatments, and community resources to empower them in their journey toward well-being.
