• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methodologies to promote meaningful progress.
• Document session notes thoroughly and accurately in accordance with best practices, ensuring clear communication regarding clients' therapeutic journeys.
• Engage in collaborative case reviews and consult with team members to enhance treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.

As a Mental Health Therapist at On Point Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. The therapist will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, leading to improved coping skills and enhanced quality of life.

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong written communication skills for accurate documentation and client records.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license by any jurisdiction's licensing board.

• Experience with telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with diverse populations and cultural competencies to address various client needs effectively.
• Training in additional therapeutic techniques beyond CBT.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans with employer matching, and generous paid time off. Additionally, we recognize the hard work of our therapists with paid no-shows and late cancellations. New hires may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000, further enhancing this attractive compensation package.
