Not Just Therapy, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time remote therapist. • Engage in effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at facilitating measurable progress for clients, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that suit their needs.
• Perform thorough intakes and assessments to identify clients' emotional and relational challenges and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to all relevant regulations, including HIPAA compliance and state legislation, ensuring records are up-to-date and detailed.
• Participate in continual professional development through regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision to uphold high standards of clinical practice and integrate new clinical assessments and methodologies.
• Be an advocate for mental health by actively participating in community outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness about mental health services and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, equipped with the skills to manage urgent situations effectively, ensuring clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.

You will primarily work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, relationship struggles, and family transitions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your sensitivity to cultural, socioeconomic, and individual differences will enhance your ability to connect with them meaningfully. Your role as a therapist will empower clients to explore their emotions safely and promote positive change in their lives.

• A valid and current Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting working with individuals, couples, and families

• Previous experience in a community health setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapy.
• Experience with therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
