Position Overview

Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) for a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your own home. The telehealth setting utilizes secure, user-friendly platforms designed for mental health counseling, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access for clients. You will engage with clients during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to treat a variety of mental health concerns.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate therapist documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the consistency and quality of care provided.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and improvement in therapeutic practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys.
• Stay abreast of current research and developments in the mental health field to continually improve therapy approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing culturally-sensitive and empathetic support, advancing client resilience and overall well-being in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, allowing for personalized and impactful therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations and develop effective treatment solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, valuing the contributions of colleagues and promoting mutual support and growth.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms.
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families, especially in managing trauma-related challenges.
• Understanding of best practices in trauma-informed care and the implementation of evidence-based treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
