Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions to pre-screened clients, focusing on evidence-based techniques.
  • Develop and modify personalized treatment plans to address individual client needs and goals, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation, tracking progress and outcomes, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Actively participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions, to further enhance clinical skills and stay informed on ongoing trends and practices within the mental health field.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a telehealth therapist, you'll work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families. Our clients face a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety disorders and depression to stress management and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
