Civil Project Manager

THE ROLE

Own your project portfolio from kickoff to closeout. Lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive financial outcomes. You'll set strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver results that matter to real communities.


WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Full project lifecycle โ€” planning, execution, client communication, financial performance
  • Lead contract negotiations balancing client needs with firm goals
  • Build and develop project teams; delegate to strengths and invest in growth
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project changes
  • Drive client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business
  • Participate in business development from your client base
  • Coach and develop direct reports

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license โ€” Colorado PE or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 10+ years progressive experience with senior project management leadership
  • Proven track record with land development, public infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
  • Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with project management software (Deltek, Ajera, or similar)
  • Strong multi-project management and stakeholder communication
  • Valid driver's license, clean record

Preferred: Team leadership experience, Colorado client relationships, contract negotiation background
