About the Opportunity
As a trusted staffing partner supporting Red Hat technology initiatives, we are continuously seeking talented professionals with experience across the Red Hat ecosystem. We support a wide range of federal, commercial, and enterprise customers who rely on Red Hat technologies to modernize infrastructure, automate operations, enhance security, and accelerate cloud adoption.
We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities spanning multiple technical disciplines. Successful candidates will possess hands-on experience with one or more Red Hat technologies and demonstrate the ability to support mission-critical environments.
Potential Areas of Responsibility
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:
  • Designing, deploying, and administering Red Hat-based infrastructure and platforms
  • Supporting enterprise Linux environments and related services
  • Implementing automation and orchestration solutions
  • Managing containerized and cloud-native applications
  • Supporting hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures
  • Performing system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining security compliance and system hardening standards
  • Collaborating with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
  • Developing technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures
  • Providing technical support, consulting, or engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more Red Hat technologies, including:
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
    • Red Hat OpenShift
    • Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
    • Red Hat Satellite
    • Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management
    • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization technologies
    • Red Hat Identity Management
    • Red Hat cloud and container solutions
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and enterprise IT environments
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, application, cloud, DevSecOps, or automation initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Red Hat certifications such as:
    • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
    • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
    • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)
    • Red Hat OpenShift certifications
    • Red Hat Ansible Automation certifications
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, cloud platforms, DevOps, or infrastructure automation
  • Experience in government, defense, healthcare, financial services, or large enterprise environments
  • Active security clearance (for applicable positions)
