Your role as a mental health counselor will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and the aftermath of trauma. As a counselor, you will be instrumental in helping them navigate their personal journeys toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualified candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all therapeutic interactions.
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation requirements.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy, trauma-informed care, or evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression will be particularly competitive. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and outcome tracking methodologies is also advantageous.
