Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will conduct therapy sessions that are flexible and accessible, ensuring that the clients receive the care they need, no matter their circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices aimed at fostering emotional healing and resilience.
• Monitor client progress throughout their personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing and adjusting strategies to ensure their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop holistic intervention plans that address both psychological and medical aspects of client care.
• Follow up diligently with psychiatrists for clients who may require medication management or have been hospitalized, ensuring continuity of care.
• Proactively identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery, enabling clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Provide education and support to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with strategies to manage behavioral challenges effectively.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is essential for this role.

• Understanding of pharmacological treatments prescribed by healthcare providers and their implications for client care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
