Job description

Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste-the biggest growth killer of all-and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

We support 100% remote work for this role!

We'd love to hear from you if:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

What you'll be doing:
  • Set the strategic creative direction for how we design across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Chewy, and emerging commerce platforms - defining the point of view, not just executing against it

  • Lead the highest-stakes commerce design work across our top accounts, from A+ Content and Brand Stores to DPIs, video, and Commerce Media creative

  • Know commerce creative systems thoroughly - and know exactly when and how to break it, bend it, or push past defaults to do work the platform hasn't seen before

  • Translate Amazon, Walmart, and marketplace performance data into sharper creative decisions, and use it to defend, refine, or kill ideas with conviction

  • Design with a sharp awareness of search and SEO best practices for e-commerce - understanding how creative interacts with discoverability, indexing, keyword strategy, and emerging surfaces like Amazon's Rufus and AI-driven shopping assistants

  • Articulate the why behind every design choice - through the lens of the shopper, the platform, the brand, and the business outcome. Be able to articulate this internally and with clients.

  • Consult with retail operations, performance, and strategy teams as the senior creative voice on commerce; partner across functions to make the work smarter

  • Serve as the creative lead on new business pitches and client engagements - building the narrative, leading the room, and helping close the commerce work that defines our practice

  • Mentor design, copy and other studio team members across the commerce team, raising craft, rationale, and judgment across the board

  • Develop frameworks, POVs, and thought leadership that position Tinuiti as the definitive voice in commerce creative

  • Stay ahead of platform changes, beta features, and module rollouts - and turn them into client opportunity before competitors catch on

  • Present at the highest levels with confidence, clarity, and a point of view clients remember

Requirements:
  • You have 8+ years of design experience, with significant time designing for Amazon and at least one other major commerce platform

  • You're a recognized as an expert in the Commerce Creative ecosystem - A+ / Premium A+, Stores, DPIs, video, Sponsored Brands - and you understand the data behind what actually performs

  • You have a track record of work that reframed what a platform could do, not just work that followed the spec sheet

  • You can lead senior client conversations and pitch rooms, presenting and defending creative thinking at an executive level

  • You're fluent in commerce performance data and use it to make creative sharper, not safer

  • You can articulate strategy as confidently as you can design - the why matters as much as the what

  • You're comfortable operating across creative, retail operations, performance, and sales, and translating between them

  • You've worked in an agency or with retail or commerce brands at scale

  • You have a portfolio that proves all of the above

The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. 8-5-101 et seq.
