About the role We\'re looking for a Creative Director to own and evolve our brand identity. You\'ll lead our brand design team, set the creative vision, and ensure everything we put out into the world is cohesive, intentional, and distinctive. You\'ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to build a brand that reflects where we\'re going.

What you\'ll do Own the brand creative vision and visual identity system Lead and mentor the brand design team (currently 2 designers) Drive major creative projects including campaigns, brand refreshes, and new product launches Establish and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards Partner with marketing on go-to-market creative Present creative work and strategy to senior leadership Manage external agencies and freelancers when needed What we\'re looking for 8 plus years in brand, creative, or design roles Strong portfolio showing brand identity, visual systems, and creative direction Experience managing designers or creative teams Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level Background in both agency and in-house environments preferred Strong communicator who can articulate creative decisions clearly Nice to have Experience at a tech company or fast-growing startup Motion design sensibility (given you have a motion designer on the team) Experience working alongside or within a product design org Additional Information This is a global and fully remote role.
