Job description

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving small- to mid-sized law firms, and we're hiring a designer who can create polished, on-brand, visually clean marketing materials across multiple platforms.

This role is for someone who can jump from a website mockup to a social media graphic to a logo concept to an email newsletter design without losing the thread.

Think Don Draper-level creativity from Madmen, Leslie Knope's color-coded energy from Parks and Rec, and a little bit of Bob Ross patience when a client says, Can we make it pop?

Yes, we said it. Make it pop. It happens. We're healing.

The right person knows how to take creative direction, apply feedback, manage multiple brands, and produce designs that look good, function well, and support the client's goals. You should be comfortable working in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, and Photoshop, with bonus points for video editing experience.

We also want someone who can use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up creative production, test ideas, and improve workflow while maintaining a high-quality, intentional, and brand-appropriate final product.

If you love clean layouts, strong visual hierarchy, brand consistency, accessible design, and the occasional deeply specific client revision, let's talk!
