Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, focusing on individuals of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities – individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy to ensure comprehensive care.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and secure.
• Leverage an intuitive digital platform to efficiently manage client appointments, session notes, and other administrative tasks to streamline your practice workflow.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• An accredited Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
• Strong desire to contribute to client progress and a willingness to utilize creative, evidence-based methods to foster therapeutic success.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth practices is advantageous.
• Prior experience with diverse populations, particularly in addressing trauma and addiction, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
