Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:
- Deliver technical training to customers, partners, and employees in classroom, virtual, and event settings.
- Teach HPE Networking topics such as campus access, switching, cloud-based network management, security, and SD-WAN.
- Handle the full training delivery cycle, including consulting on needs, scoping, tailoring sessions, beta delivery, certification workshops, and exam proctoring.
- Stay current on new and emerging networking technologies and help prepare new courses for launch.
- Share feedback with course development teams based on learner questions and classroom experience.
- Represent HPE Networking Education Services with professionalism, technical depth, and a customer-success mindset.
- Support learners across Asia Pacific time zones, with occasional global delivery.
- Travel as needed, up to 50%.
- 5+ years of experience in technical training, pre-sales, consulting, or implementation/support in networking environments.
- Strong wireless networking experience, plus knowledge of switching, security, and cloud-based network management.
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification.
- One or more of these certifications: ACP-S, ACP-NS, or APC-Central.
- Hands-on knowledge of AOS-10, AOS-CX, HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass, HPE Aruba Networking Central, and SD-WAN.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience using virtual presentation and collaboration tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and to regional or global events.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English communication.
- Preferred, not required: expert-level HPE Aruba Networking certification, prior course delivery experience, courseware development experience, or technical enablement experience.
