Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world's leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we're ready to 10x our output in 2025-and we need an Account Executive who can own client relationships and drive business growth at warp speed.

What You'll Do
1. Own Client Relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and proactive support.
  • Understand client goals, translate them into actionable briefs, and advocate for their needs internally.
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships through exceptional service and results.

2. Drive Business Growth
  • Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and new campaigns within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to pitch new ideas and present campaign proposals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for account performance and pipeline growth.

3. Coordinate Project Execution
  • Work closely with production, creative, and influencer teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
  • Track KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

4. Represent the Brand
  • Act as an ambassador for High Scale-at client meetings, industry events, and digital communications.
  • Provide insights on industry trends, audience behavior, and platform opportunities to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with marketing to capture case studies, testimonials, and campaign highlights.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales in agencies, media, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering measurable business results.
