Reporting to the SVP, Americas, the Vice President, Sales (East) is responsible for driving new business revenue growth across the Eastern United States, leading a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Directors. This executive will define and execute JAGGAER's regional go-to-market strategy, expand market share, and cultivate strategic relationships with senior executives at key accounts.

This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in complex enterprise SaaS environments. The VP will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle and deliver consistent, scalable growth.

Principal Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities: Regional Revenue OwnershipOwn East Coast bookings and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts. Sales Leadership & Talent DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-centricity while coaching leaders and sellers to exceed targets. Go-to-Market StrategyDefine and execute a regionally tailored GTM strategy, including vertical-specific plays across Manufacturing, Public Sector, Higher Education, Life Sciences, and Financial Services. Executive EngagementEstablish and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO), positioning JAGGAER as a strategic partner in procurement and supply chain transformation. Operational ExcellenceDrive rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution. Implement scalable processes to ensure predictability, accuracy, and performance against targets. Cross-Functional AlignmentPartner closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Product teams to support complex, high-value sales cycles and deliver differentiated customer outcomes. Market & Competitive IntelligenceContinuously assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine regional strategy and strengthen JAGGAER's value proposition.

Position Requirements

Role Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in senior regional or multi-regional leadership roles
  • Consistent track record of exceeding $10M+ annual regional revenue targets
  • Proven ability to engage and sell to C-level stakeholders in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams
  • Strong operational rigor with a data-driven approach to forecasting, territory planning, and execution
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Nice to Have: Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supply Chain, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
