How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute expert-level bookkeeping and weekly reconciliations using QuickBooks Desktop to maintain a flawless financial foundation.

  • Lead the payroll and commission process through Fingercheck and MyBBSI, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our specialized field teams.

  • Analyze job costing and material purchases to identify discrepancies and optimize project profitability across the residential sector.

  • Manage vital vendor relationships and insurance renewals to secure competitive pricing and operational accountability.

  • Oversee corporate compliance by filing business licenses, permit renewals, and vehicle registrations on schedule.

  • Develop weekly financial planning models and cost analyses that empower the executive team to make data-driven growth decisions.

  • Streamline internal administrative systems and electronic filing to enhance transparency and efficiency as the company expands.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 5 or more years of professional accounting or controller-level experience.

  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
