You will step into a high-visibility leadership role with direct access to the CEO and CFO, serving as a primary driver of financial clarity for a business actively scaling across California.   • Analyze job costing and material purchases to identify discrepancies and optimize project profitability across the residential sector.

  • Develop weekly financial planning models and cost analyses that empower the executive team to make data-driven growth decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 or more years of professional accounting or controller-level experience.
